 | The selection of qualified candidates for the Master and PhD programs are based on students’ qualifications as a whole. Therefore, the applicant’s grade point average (GPA), GRE score, statement of goals, letters of recommendation, any relevant work experience or publications in the field related to electrical engineering and the TOEFL score for international student are considered when a decision is made. Just as a very general guideline, candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.0, GRE of 1100, and minimum TOEFL score of 550 in the paper-based test and 213 in the computer-based test meet the minimum admission requirement. Applicants with a GPA of 3.25 to 3.5 (maximum of 4 grade scale) in their last two years of undergraduate work, a GRE score above 1100, and a minimum TOEFL score of 550 in the paper-based test and 213 in the computer-based test have higher chances of being considered for admission. |
